It is with passion that we renovated this former presbytery to turn it into a magnificent family home with a heated pool. Passionate about old stones, decoration, and flea markets, we put all our love and energy into bringing this magnificent residence to life.

Located in a dreamlike setting, this luxurious house overlooks the Tude Valley and offers a magnificent view of its hilly surroundings. Both adults and children will enjoy the large lush garden (1200 m2) and the tranquility of the lovely village of St-Laurent de Belzagot.

This beautiful lady, soon to celebrate her 200 years, is located in immediate proximity to the St. Jacques de Compostelle trail and holds many traces of the past.

THE HOUSE

It's because we deeply care about the quality of your stay that we have entrusted the keys of our house to a concierge service at your disposal 24/7. This way, you will be welcomed and attended to by qualified staff, allowing you to fully enjoy your vacation in our spacious and welcoming residence (320 m2).

Facing south and overlooking the valley, the presbytery offers 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 adults and 3 older children. You can make use of it for family or friends gatherings and even for nature-based seminars (such as yoga, meditation).

The house is suitable for stays throughout the year. You can indeed enjoy its heated pool from mid-April to mid-October (weather permitting) and its beautiful fireplace during the rest of the year. The gentle warmth emanating from the old cast iron radiators will envelop you as soon as the temperatures drop.

THE SURROUNDINGS

The house is situated on the outskirts of the village, particularly close to a beautiful, well-maintained, and less frequented boules (pétanque) court. Enjoy delightful games during sunset to brighten up your summer evenings.

The main amenities you'll require are a 3-minute drive away: electric vehicle charging station, supermarket, bakery, medical center, hairdresser, and more.

Furthermore, beyond the numerous attractions of the house, a variety of activities and visits await, ensuring a successful holiday no matter your preferences: must-see tourist sites, such as Périgueux, the capital of the Dordogne, the market at Ribérac, Angoulême with its comic book museum, a climbing park, river beaches, geocaching, horseback riding, canoeing, and much more.
